This is a thoroughly inspected refurbished defibrillator. The AED Outlet has verified it passes its operational self-checks. We have verified there are no outstanding corrective actions pending on each unit. We will include a fresh set of adult electrode pads and battery (no aftermarket products), unless you wish to purchase the unit only. Includes 3-year AED Outlet warranty.
The Survivalink FirstSave AED is the precursor to today's Cardiac Science Powerheart AED G3 Plus! It even shares much of the technology found in the newest Cardiac Science AEDs like a single-button interface, detailed daily, weekly, and monthly self-checks which include electrode readiness, pre-connected electrodes, SmartGauge battery indicator, and RescueReady indicator. Treatment is delivered via a biphasic waveform.
Like all Survivalink and Cardiac Science AEDs, operation is simple. Open the lid and the device automatically begins prompting the rescuer with comprehensive and clear voice prompts. Electrode pads are non-polarized for easy placement on the patient. There's an LCD text screen, too. Up to twenty minutes of patient data is stored in internal memory which is later retrieved using a cable connected to a Windows PC. The new long-life lithium battery pack which powers the Survivalink FirstSave AED comes with a 2-year operational replacement guarantee.
The AED Outlet delivers the FirstSave AED to you completely ready-to-rescue (unless purchasing unit only). As always, UPS Ground shipping of all AEDs to addresses within the contiguous United States is FREE!
Please note: These monophasic AEDs are not able to use infant/child electrode pads.
